It's a chilly, rainy Friday night and I'm nursing a sick dog, picking at an irritating splinter in my pinky, and feeling kind of lazy. The Only Ones—featuring Peter Perrett on vocals and ex-Spooky Tooth drummer, Mike Kellie—released four LP's between 1978 and 1981, but they're really only known for one great song. Every “punk compilation” worth its salt includes it. The Happy Medium Song of the Day is one that should be in everybody's collection. It's called “Another Girl, Another Planet.” Have a great weekend.
