Liz, The Hot Receptionist

Jesus H. Christ & The Four Hornsmen of the Apocalypse

18 November 2008

One of my father’s favorite expressions when he was angry was “Jesus H. Christ on a crutch!” To this day I have no idea what the “H” stood for — or if Jesus even had a middle name — let alone what he was doing on just one crutch.
My Aunt’s brother, Don Miller, was one of the Four Horsemen of Notre Dame.
In a weird and cosmic way it all comes together here with the Happy Medium Song of the Day: “Liz, The Hot Receptionist” — performed by an 8-piece pop band with a great sense of humor called Jesus H. Christ & The Four Hornsmen of the Apocalypse… Stacey’s mom better watch out. (Please use the comments box to share your thoughts.)
